1 lb. grass-fed ground beef

Garlic sea salt, to taste

Fresh ground pepper, to taste if tolerated

2 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles



Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and form mixture into 4 patties.

Heat grill or skillet to medium heat

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form mixture into 4 patties.

Place patties on preheated grill or skillet. Cook burgers 5 – 10 minutes on each side, depending on desired level of doneness.


Serving Suggestions:

  • Wrap in a lettuce leaf instead of a roll or bun
  • Serve with sliced avocado, mashed sweet potato, or side salad
  • Add onions to the grill or skillet for additional flavor, if desired


Additional Notes:

  • Eliminate blue cheese if dairy is not tolerated
  • Avoid condiments that contain ingredients such as sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and maltodextrin
